No. Images are compressed by your browser on your own device.
PNG is lossless, and browsers cannot reduce its colors, so savings are small. For photos, choose WEBP or JPG as the output format and lower the quality. Transparent PNGs saved as JPG get a white background, so use WEBP to keep transparency.
Between 70 and 85 usually looks the same as the original at a much smaller size. Check a few results before processing a large batch.
