JPG cannot be transparent, so JPG files always use the fill color.
Each image keeps its original format. The quality slider applies to JPG and WEBP files. Turns of exactly 90, 180 or 270 degrees do not blur the picture.

No. Images are rotated by your browser on your own device.
Drag the angle slider, or type an exact angle in the box. Positive numbers turn clockwise and negative numbers turn anticlockwise. The preview updates as you go, so you can line up the horizon.
The picture is placed on a bigger canvas so nothing is cut off. The empty corners are transparent for PNG and WEBP, or filled with your chosen color. For JPG they always use the fill color. Untick the size option if you want to keep the original size and let the corners be trimmed instead.
Not yet. The chosen rotation and flip apply to every image in the batch, so process images that need different rotations in separate batches.
